GOOD FRIDAY TO EASTER MONDAY: HOT CROSS BUNEDICT

Every brunch service from Good Friday to Easter Monday, we will be serving our springtime twist on a brunch classic. Served throughout each morning and afternoon, our Hot Cross Bunedict is topped with braised chard, a perfectly poached egg and lashings of hollandaise.

EASTER SUNDAY: ROAST LAMB FEAST

On the big day, why not join us for an Easter banquet? Start with our signature artichoke dip and skewers to share, before moving on to slow-roast leg of East Anglian lamb and truffled sweet potato Wellington, served with all the trimmings. To finish, we'll bring a stack of hot brioche doughnuts with milk jam for the table, along with our new guest favourite, passion fruit pavlova.
