  • How do you deal with allergens and dietary requirements?

    Our team is fully equipped to help you with any queries regarding the ingredients of each dish, either in advance by phone or email, or at the restaurant on the day. We operate a nut-free kitchen and also have a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, which are all marked clearly on our menus. Please note that though we do everything we can to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee this due to the open design of our kitchens and use of third-party suppliers.

  • Can I bring my dog to your restaurant?

    Yes, you can. Dogs are welcome in certain areas of the restaurant. Just let us know when booking that you will be bringing your four-legged friend with you and we'll make sure you are seated in the appropriate section.

  • Are your restaurants accessible to disabled guests?

    Rail House Victoria is fully accessible, with a wheelchair lift operating between the ground and mezzanine floors, where the accessible bathroom is located. Riding House Fitzrovia is primarily set over one floor, which is fully accessible and includes an accessible bathroom, however 'The Stables' private dining room is located in the basement, which can only be reached by stairs. Riding House Bloomsbury is fully accessible, set out over one floor, including an accessible bathroom.

  • Can I book a table for coffee or a meeting?

    Sadly not. We only take bookings for dining from the full menu. If you would like to join us for coffee, meeting, drinks, you are welcome any time - please just drop in and we will seat you on arrival.

  • Can I work from your restaurant?

    Yes, you can. Tables are allocated on arrival and free wi-fi is available to all guests. The best places for work are - Rail House Victoria: bar & lounge area Riding House Fitzrovia: bar counter & sharing table Riding House Bloomsbury: stage, bar & sharing table

  • Have you got Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we offer free WIFI to all guests. Please ask a staff member for the password.

  • Have you got a kids' menu?

    Yes, we have a special kids menu for lunch, brunch and dinner. For breakfast, you can make your own combination from our side dishes.

Bookings

  • Can I cancel a booking?

    Yes, you can cancel your bookings online up to 24 hours before the reservation time. For groups of five or more, if you cancel within 24hrs of your booking or fail to show up for your reservation, you will be subject to a charge of £20 per person. For group of up to four, we do not charge a cancellation fee.

  • Can I bring an extra person?

    No problem at all. Please amend your booking online or give us a call in advance to let us know, to avoid disappointment on the day.
